为什么强调时间点呢?因为在中医上,“子午觉”是养生妙道,子时就是指从23点到凌晨1点,是睡眠的最佳时机,而午时指的是11点到13点,此时要小憩。

晚上11点到凌晨1点,这段时间的睡眠是最养人的,如果你因为种种原因熬夜,休息不够,就会耗伤气血,你的脸色自然就不好,时间长了,就会出现面色晦暗、少光泽等情况。熬夜不但伤皮肤,而且容易导致阴血不足、脾胃虚弱,造成便秘。可别小看便秘,不仅人难受,而且体内毒素排不出来,对身体的损伤挺大的。多年来我都有个习惯,就是洗脸后在手上抹点护肤霜,用掌心轻柔地拍拍眼睛周围的皮肤,每次6下,一共6次,再拍拍眼睛外侧的皮肤、前额和两侧面颊。眼睛下面比较薄的皮肤,用手指的指尖非常轻柔地敲打。这样对眼睛周围及面部血液循环有利,每次做完我都觉得很舒服。
